Rooted in integrity, professionalism, and respect, The Reimagined Man Code of Ethics & Standards ensures every coaching relationship is built on trust, fairness, and a commitment to growth.
1. Professional Conduct
Maintain the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all interactions.
Avoid any behaviour or actions that may bring disrepute to the coaching profession.
2. Client Relationships
Respect the confidentiality of all client information, unless required by law to disclose.
Establish clear agreements with clients regarding the terms of the coaching relationship, including roles, responsibilities, fees, and boundaries.
Treat all clients with respect, dignity, and fairness, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, or religion
3. Competence
Only provide coaching services in areas where we have the necessary training, experience, and qualifications.
Pursue ongoing personal and professional development to maintain and improve coaching competence.
4. Honesty and Transparency
Represent qualifications, experience, and services truthfully in all marketing and promotional materials.
Refrain from making false or misleading claims about the outcomes of coaching or abilities as a coach.
5. Conflict of Interest
Avoid any conflicts of interest that may impair objectivity or professionalism.
Disclose any potential conflicts of interest to clients as soon as they arise.
6. Client Autonomy
Empower clients to make their own decisions and respect their right to choose their path in life.
Refrain from imposing personal values, beliefs, or goals on clients.
7. Boundaries
Maintain appropriate boundaries with clients and avoid any relationships that could impair professional judgment or create a risk of exploitation.
Refrain from engaging in romantic or sexual relationships with clients.
8. Ethical Responsibility
Act in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards governing coaching in Canada.
